IG PettyCrime — Third-Eye Petty Crime System for QBox & QBCore
Turn every street corner into an opportunity. IG PettyCrime adds a full suite of low-stakes, high-variety street crimes to your server — built on ox_target and ox_lib, works on QBox or QBCore, auto-detected at startup.
8 Crime Types, Each With Its Own Feel
Vending Machines, Mailboxes, Parking Meters, Cash Registers — classic lockpick jobs with real difficulty scaling (harder targets, tighter mistake tolerance, bigger payouts)
Street Signs — skillcheck-based, the physical sign vanishes once stolen and reappears after its cooldown
AC Units — strip the wiring for scrap, full minigame + animation
Pickpocket — only targets NPCs standing still, with a real chance they notice and fight back
Phone Snatch — only shows up on NPCs actually holding a phone out; grab it and they'll chase you down afterward, animation included
Real Consequences, Not Just Numbers
NPCs don't just "notice" a failed attempt — they can genuinely fight back with full combat AI (fists swinging, not a scripted health tick)
Failed attempts always alert police; successful ones roll a configurable chance per crime type
Every completed and failed job logs to Discord with player, loot, and outcome
Progression That Means Something
Persistent per-crime-type XP and leveling — up to 300 levels per crime, with 21 named rank tiers from Amateur all the way to Legend
A custom animated on-screen progress toast shows XP gained/lost and how close you are to the next rank, in real time
Built Right, Not Just Built Fast
Ticket-based server validation on every action — no client-trusted payouts, no money-farming exploits
Clean framework/inventory abstraction layer for easy maintenance
Dispatch integration — cd_dispatch, qb-dispatch, ps-dispatch, or lb-tablet, your choice
Full debug tooling included (/pcpropid for prop discovery, in-world debug markers, verbose console logging) so you can configure new locations for your own map in minutes
Dependencies: qbx_core or qb-core, ox_lib, ox_target, ox_inventory, t3_lockpick, oxmysql
